Walk-in shower installation
A walk-in shower replaces a high tub wall or a cramped stall with a low, wide opening you can walk right into. It makes a small bathroom feel bigger and a large one feel finished.
We size the shower base to your space, choose the threshold height that works for you, and build the walls, glass and storage around it. Most walk-in shower installations are completed in one day.
Design details
Sliding glass doors with matte black, brushed nickel or chrome hardware keep water in and let the light through.
Delta rain heads, handheld showers on slide bars and body sprays, in finishes that match your hardware.
Recessed niches sized for full bottles, corner shelves and an accent strip in a contrasting pattern.
A fold-down seat stays out of the way until you need it. Great for shaving, rinsing feet, or resting.

A low-threshold base has a small lip, about the height of a door sill, to hold water in. A barrier-free shower has no lip at all, so a wheelchair or walker can roll in. We'll recommend what fits your bathroom and needs.

Not always. Larger walk-in showers can use a fixed glass panel. In most Peoria-area bathrooms, a sliding door keeps water where it belongs.
