What to expect if you text with us, and how to stop at any time.
These terms apply to text messages sent and received between you and Bathrooms First – Kitchens Next, Inc., 809 E. War Memorial Dr, Peoria Heights, IL 61616.
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about:
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — through a form on our website, by texting us first, or by telling us directly in person or over the phone.
You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to get an estimate, buy a product, or have work done. If you would rather we call or email you instead, just say so.
Message frequency varies. Most customers receive only a handful of messages related to their project. If you opt in to promotional messages, you will generally receive no more than four per month.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will get one confirmation, then nothing further.

You can also opt out by calling us at (309) 688-2284 or emailing david@bathrooms1st.com. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of phone calls or email unless you ask us to stop those as well.
Our messages are supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others, as well as many smaller regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and your coverage. If something is time-sensitive, call us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to sign up for text messages from us.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
