Bathroom remodeling in Peoria Heights
The Heights has a lot of character homes, many built between the 1920s and 1960s, close to Grandview Drive and the Prospect Road shops. These bathrooms tend to be small, with original tile, cast-iron tubs and limited storage, so smart layout choices make a big difference.
Popular projects here include converting an old cast-iron tub to a walk-in shower, adding a recessed niche and a vanity with drawers, and updating floors with waterproof Lucida plank flooring.
We do complete bathroom remodels in Peoria Heights, from the shower or tub to the vanity, counters, lighting, flooring and paint, as well as single projects like a new shower. Every project starts with a free in-home estimate. David, the owner, measures your bathroom, shows you real samples, and gives you an upfront price before any work begins.
